Simplifying boiler licensing laws and creating a new category for limited, low-pressure engineers as a cheaper process for commercial businesses to license engineers to operate hot water heating boilers.
Protecting bed tax funds for tourism marketing and enhancement.
Enhancing measures aimed at drawing more visitors to your business.
Supporting laws to reimburse properties that temporarily house victims of human trafficking and domestic violence.
Successfully defeating broad proposals attempting to eliminate common-sense regulation of short-term rentals to ensure a level playing field with traditional lodging entities.

The MLHA Job Board helps property owners and managers recruit for hospitality positions around the state. Anyone can post a job to the network, but MLHA members can do so at no charge. To give Montana's tourism industry a strong voice, MLHA took a leading role in forming a collaborative public relations effort. From this was born Voices of Montana Tourism, which serves as a united voice for Montana’s tourism stakeholders. Since its creation in 2011, Voices has led the effort with education and outreach to communicate the immense value a sustainably-grown tourism industry provides for all Montanans. Learn more here.
